Our client, a publicly listed blue chip company, runs a Japan organization numbering gnarly 3000 people in the manufacturing and service industry. Due to their headquarters requirement to increase the number of female executives in Japan, they had no suitable candidates to take over from the CFO upon his imminent retirement.
