A top-five global leader in electrical and electronics manufacturing was looking to build product management strength but was having difculty finding the right leader to drive the product management group. We met with stakeholders from each department to develop a comprehensive profile of the ideal candidate, and sourced qualified talent from our client’s competitors, using our extensive network. We brought a shortlist of five candidates, and our client selected the perfect fit to successfully fill the position. Leading Aviation Services Company

A world leading aviation services company was acquired by a private equity group and the company was undergoing change management initiatives. Their internal recruitment team had failed to bring them the right SVP SCM candidate and they were falling behind in their schedule, so we worked with them to define the ideal candidate and identify potential talent. The company met the top 3 candidates and chose a finalist from a large global competitor to proceed with and successfully bring on board.
